   This is fine as a jelly mould, though the plastic is a little flimsy. However, it does its job, but I make sure I store it carefully. It is a decent size but if you wanted it for a party I would recommend turning out the jelly onto a bed of green jelly ‘grass’.

   This is a lovely 600ml jelly mould. I was worried that it would not be very stable, but it stands on a flat surface perfectly. However, the actual shape of the jelly is not as detailed as the lovely rabbit of the mould and it needs some imagination to call it a rabbit. Also, it is very difficult to remove the desert from the mould even after it gets submerged in warm water. Sadly the mould came without a box and without instructions.

   A trip down memory lane for me! We grew up with jelly always in the shape of a rabbit and then had to divide it into 5 portions. Off with his head of legs first? Ears next…. I have been looking for one of these for a few years now so am delighted! I can also entertain my nephews and other friend’s children who come to visit. Hooray!
