   I bought this mould for making chocolate, it was perfect the 1st time I used it. Both 2nd and 3rd time there was residual moisture in the mould and it ruined the chocolate even though I had left the mould to dry for a week before using. Is there a trick to removing all trace of moisture from silicon?

   This is quite a sturdy mould and is ideal for chocolates. It’s quite a deep mould giving you the choice of making a huge wedge of chocolate or using less chocolate and making it more shallow
