   I bought this to mould to create cold desserts, which I must say turned out very successful.

   However! the silicone is very thin and wobbly so it needs a gentle hand and a firm tray beneath.

   I don’t know how it will fare in the oven as I don’t intend to use it for that purpose.

   But I will say it is very good value for the small price I paid.

   I’m not sure with this product. I think best to stick to the traditional way of using the cake tins. The cake stuck to the mould. It’s also hard to clean afterwards. Not sure of I would purchase again.

   I dare say they suit some people – but for me they are not deep enough what I required – ie. panacotta / jelly.
