   Bought this last week to make some chocolates for a charity bakesale at work. They turned out really well. I used three different types of chocolate to build up layers on some. On others, i used dark chocolate to coat the edges of each mould and fill with caramel when dried. Each type of chocolate looked really lovely. The round shape needs a little care because the deep rim around the edge can be missed with the chocolate. Two of my round chocolates didn’t have the full rim as a result. Despite that small complaint (which was probably my own fault) the turning out was super easy and nothing stuck, as you’d expect. You could even press the shapes right through the other side and the mould bounced right back into shape. Fab!

   I’m a silicone convert with none of this greasing malarkey required!

   I absolutely adore Lakeland. I am a chocolate maker and I love they have things specifically for chocolate making. The mould is very flexible, durable and the chocolate comes out looking lovely.

   I never thought making chocolates could be so easy! This silicone mould is very easy to use, deep shapes so you get that little bit extra and they are easy to pop out once the chocolate is set. Also very easy to clean in hot soapy water. The only advice I would give is to place the mould on a baking tray before you fill it and move it to the fridge…..that way when it is full of chocolate and you pick it up, you won’t spill it all down your front like I did! Great product, dippy user!! Lol. I would recommend this to anyone who is starting out!!
